We’ve just launched CABI’s new Working Paper series, which will make available the results of CABI research in preliminary form for discussion and comment. The first two papers focus on the links between climate change and two of CABI’s key research areas: invasive alien species and agricultural commodities.
The first paper, entitled “Climate Change and Invasive Alien Species,” discusses how climate change and invasive alien species (IAS) affect biodiversity and the impacts of climate change and IAS on agriculture. This is followed by a special look at the impacts of climate change and IAS on Africa.
The second paper, “Climate Change and Agricultural Commodities,” considers the impacts of climate change on agricultural production, with a focus on India, Ghana, cotton and coffee.
Take a look at these new CABI Working Papers – they’re available to download free of charge from our website, where you can also find other recent scientific papers published by CABI Scientists in peer reviewed journals. The series will also be available soon on CAB Abstracts.
If you have any questions about the working papers please feel free to contact the authors, whose email addresses are given on each paper, or our Chief Scientist, Dr Matthew Cock, if your enquiry is more general in nature.
